Description:
View of passengers on the deck of CEYLON (1858). The ship was under ownership of the Polytechnic Cruises/Touring Association when this photograph was taken. Under the ownership of the Ocean Steam Yachting Company, CEYLON became the first vessel to cruise around the world in 1883.

13/05/2020 18:44:44My grandparents were aboard the ship Barradine. Leaving England in 1922 and arriving in Fremantle the same year. Name Frederick Pope, Phoebe Pope and Fredericks mother Ann King.
