The Website is controlled and offered by P&OSNCo. in the United Kingdom. We make no representations and give no warranties that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Website from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any local laws.

We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. This includes the link to the website of Easyart which operates and controls the ‘Shop’ features of the Website. The terms and conditions of King & McGaw Limited can be found in the ‘Shop’ section of the Website and will apply to any orders placed on this Website.

To the extent permitted by law, P&OSNCo excludes all representations, guarantees and warranties as to the accuracy of the Website and any other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

P&OSNCo. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the site and content of the site is subject to change without notice.

Suspension And Termination

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of the terms of use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
